How to weight loss in 7 days?

My friend lost so much weight in just a week for an event, and I was wondering if it's possible for me too. I have a similar urgent need, so what can I do to reduce weight in seven days?

Let's be realistic, you cannot lose actual fat in just 7 days. What you can lose is water weight by cutting down processed sodium and refined sugars. Keep up your water intake and do some basic cardio daily to feel tighter.

I tracked my calories on an app for a week and realized how much hidden sugar I was consuming daily. Try logging your meals for 7 days to see where you can cut back. Even just hitting a daily 8,000 steps target makes a big difference.

I remember frantically searching for 7-day diet plans before my sister's wedding and feeling so stressed out. Don't worry, it is completely normal to not lose weight in a week. Just focus on sleeping well and avoiding fried food, you will look great anyway.

With my PCOS, quick weight loss is almost impossible and trying it actually messes up my hormones even more. If you have any underlying issues, please don't rush into extreme diets. Focus on slow, hormonal balance first.

Bro, 7 days is too less. Unless you are planning to live only on water, which is super unhealthy. Just skip the late-night maggi and campus canteen burgers for a week, that itself will help a lot.

I used to hate my body whenever these quick diets failed after a few days. It took me a long time to realize that sustainable change doesn't happen in a week. Please don't put yourself through that emotional guilt trip.
