How to weight loss diet plan?

I'm really struggling to lose weight, and I think a proper diet plan might help me. I get confused with all the information online. What's a good weight loss diet plan that's practical for someone who cooks at home?

I lost 15 kgs by customizing my diet plan to fit our regular Indian kitchen. Don't stop eating rice or rotis completely; just reduce the portion size and double your intake of dal, paneer, or green vegetables. A realistic plan that you can follow for life is much better than a strict diet you quit in a week.

I get so overwhelmed trying to design a diet plan because there is too much confusing information online. Does anyone else feel super anxious that they are eating the wrong things even when trying to eat healthy? I really want to find a simple, stress-free routine.

At 50, my doctor told me to make a diet plan, but my heart still wants hot pakodas with my evening tea! I have compromised by having roasted makhana instead, and keeping my meals very simple. It is a slow battle, but we have to keep trying with a smile.

I spent days calculating micro and macronutrients for my diet plan because I was terrified of making a mistake. If you are also feeling stressed, please remember that starting with basic portion control is enough. We don't have to get everything perfectly right from day one to see health benefits.

Haan na, creating a strict diet plan is so difficult to maintain with our Indian families. Actually, what works is just limiting sweet things and carbonated drinks. Ho na, if we just eat our regular dinner early by 8 PM, it makes a huge difference naturally.

My first diet plan had so many exotic seeds and green leaves that I felt like a goat! Honestly, just keep your regular dal-chawal, cut the samosas, and you're good. You don't need to eat fancy imported foods to fit back into your old jeans.
