How to walk for weight loss?

My doctor told me to start walking more to lose weight. I'm already walking for about 30 minutes every day, but I'm not seeing much change. Should I walk faster, or for longer durations, or is there a specific technique?

Hey, don't stress too much about intense workouts. Just start with a comfortable thirty-minute brisk walk daily, and try to be consistent with it.

Haan na, regular walking is so good! Just walk at a pace where you can talk but can't sing. It works wonders if you do it daily.

Don't follow extreme walking challenges from social media. Talk to a physical trainer or doctor to understand what pace is safe for your joints.

Actually, interval walking is the best yaar. Walk fast for two minutes, then normal for one minute. It burns more calories and keeps it interesting.

In my experience, a gentle walk after dinner is the best habit. Don't rush; consistency over months is what brings lasting health.
