How to use red light therapy for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight but finding it very challenging. I saw an online advertisement about red light therapy helping with weight loss. Does it really work, and if so, how do I use red light therapy for weight loss effectively?

With my busy schedule, I look for practical things. There's no shortcut to weight loss, and red light therapy alone won't burn fat while you sit on the couch. I spent 20 minutes daily on a light belt for a month and saw zero change until I actually corrected my diet and started walking.

If flashing a red light at my belly could make me thin, I would have been a model by now! Honestly, my knees hurt too much for heavy gymming, so I was tempted to buy this. But let's face it, we still have to eat less rice and walk more if we want to see any real weight loss.

My teenage daughter was feeling very conscious about her weight and wanted to order a red light slimming belt online. I told her we should focus on healthy home-cooked meals and playing badminton instead. These fancy lights are just marketing gimmicks, don't fall for them.

Red light therapy doesn't work for weight loss on its own. You still need a calorie deficit and regular exercise to see any real results.

Beta, light therapy cannot melt away fat. In our times, we kept active, drank lukewarm water with a bit of lemon in the morning, and ate simple rotis. Rely on these natural ways and do daily yoga rather than using modern machines which might have unknown side effects.
