How to use infrared sauna for weight loss?

My gym recently installed an infrared sauna, and I heard it can be good for weight loss. I'm a bit hesitant to try it without knowing how it works or how to use it effectively for that purpose. Any guidance on its use for weight management?

Let's be real here. Infrared saunas are great for muscle recovery and relaxation, but any weight you lose inside is just water weight. You will sweat a lot, but as soon as you drink water, it comes back. Use it for wellness, not as a shortcut to fat loss.

I have tried everything from fat burner teas to steam therapy for weight loss. Honestly, nothing beats a balanced diet and daily walks. Saunas feel wonderful for joint pain, but please don't spend a lot of money expecting it to burn fat.

I have never tried a sauna before and I feel a bit nervous about the heat. Does it feel suffocating inside an infrared one? I would love to know if beginners can start with just 5 or 10 minutes.

Honestly, sitting in a hot box sounds like a great place to take a nap because I am so exhausted lately. But if it actually helped with weight loss, I'd be thin just from sweating in the Indian summer! It's just water weight, guys.

Hey, don't stress too much about these high-tech trends! If you have access to an infrared sauna, go enjoy it for the relaxation and detox feel. Just drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated, and keep your main focus on good food.

My local gym has an infrared sauna and I love using it after a heavy workout. It really helps soothe my sore muscles and makes my skin glow. But yeah, don't rely on it for losing weight, that still requires hard work in the gym!

It feels amazing and so relaxing after a stressful day! I go twice a week just to sweat out the stress. It's a lovely self-care routine, though my weight only drops when I actually watch what I eat. Still highly recommend for the glow!

Be very careful with sauna sessions if you have underlying heart or BP issues. I once ignored my mild dizziness and sat in a hot sauna for too long, and my blood pressure dropped dangerously. Always get a health checkup before trying these therapies.
