How to tighten arms after weight loss?

I've been working hard to lose weight, and while the numbers on the scale are down, my arms still look quite loose. How can I effectively tighten my arms after weight loss, are there specific workouts that help?

I just finished my weight loss goal and my arms are quite loose now. I am a bit shy to go to a gym, so can I do some effective exercises at home without any heavy equipment to tone them up?

Before starting any heavy weight training for your arms, please make sure you don't have any shoulder or wrist joint issues. It is always safer to consult a trainer or physiotherapist to avoid any injuries.

Actually, bicep curls alone won't work, yaar. You need to target the back of your arms, which is the tricep area. Try doing chair dips at home, it is super easy and really tones that loose area quickly.

I recently recovered my arm shape after losing 12 kg last year. I did regular dumbbell kickbacks and focused on eating enough protein every day. It took about six months, but my arms look much tighter now.

I love eating food too much to go on extreme diets, so I lost weight slowly. This actually helped my arm skin shrink naturally along with my body. Slow weight loss and regular push-ups are the perfect combination!
