How to take psyllium husk for weight loss?

I'm looking for natural ways to help with weight loss and constipation. My friend mentioned psyllium husk. How should I take psyllium husk to help with both weight loss and to regulate my system?

Between managing my baby's sleep schedule and my work, I barely have energy. I just gulp down one spoon of Isabgol in water before dinner so I don't end up midnight-snacking on leftover pizza. It fills you up so fast, honestly!

Don't fall for internet claims that psyllium husk burns fat. It is just a soluble fiber that expands in your stomach to make you feel full. If you overdo it without doctor supervision, it can cause severe constipation or bowel blockage. Always drink 2-3 extra glasses of water with it.

Pro tip: drink it immediately after mixing, or you'll end up with a glass of jelly that you have to eat with a spoon! It's a great way to fool your stomach into thinking you had a massive meal, without the calories.

I take a teaspoon of psyllium husk in warm water 30 minutes before my lunch to control my portions. But remember, fiber alone won't work unless you burn calories. Combine it with a daily 5km walk or light jogging for real weight loss results.

I was so worried it would block my intestines if I didn't drink enough water, so I started with just a tiny quarter-teaspoon. It actually went fine! Just make sure to stir it quickly and drink a full glass of water immediately after so you don't feel anxious about it.
