How to stop vomiting in pregnancy home remedies?

I'm expecting and the nausea and vomiting are constant. I've heard about some natural ways to ease it. Are there any safe home remedies that can help stop vomiting during pregnancy? I really want to avoid medicines if possible.

While home remedies like lemon and ginger are good, please don't stretch it too far if you can't keep any liquids down. I ignored severe pregnancy vomiting thinking it was normal, got highly dehydrated, and had to be hospitalized. Do get checked if it's severe.

Ginger tea works so well ho na, just boil a small piece of ginger in water, add a little honey, and sip it warm. It immediately calms the stomach lining. Also, try avoiding oily foods completely for a few weeks.

I used to sit and cry because of the constant vomiting during my second month, it was so physically and emotionally draining. Please don't force yourself to eat heavy meals. Just suck on lemon candy and rest, you are doing great.

Gentle deep abdominal breathing or 'Anulom Vilom' in a well-ventilated room can calm the vagus nerve and reduce pregnancy nausea. Combine this with small sips of warm mint water to keep your system calm and centered naturally.

Oh god, please make sure you are still hydrated because low fluids can affect the baby. Try chewing on some roasted fennel seeds (saunf) after eating, it really helps digest the food and reduces that horrible sour throat feeling. Take care!

Please be very careful. If you are experiencing severe cramping or throwing up everything including water, it could be Hyperemesis Gravidarum. I had this and needed medical intervention. Don't rely only on home remedies, talk to your gynecologist.
