Meal prepping is excellent for weight loss, it saves money too! Start with one or two meals, like lunch for the week. Cook a big batch of rice or rotis, some dal or sabzi. Use good quality containers that are microwave-safe. Don't try to prep everything at once, you'll get overwhelmed.

I really want to start meal prepping for weight loss, but I get so anxious about the food going bad or getting boring by day three. Does anyone else struggle with that? How do you keep the meals fresh and interesting for the whole week? Any tips on storing or diversifying?

Achha, meal prepping, this is a new name for what our mothers always did, haan? Cooking for the whole family for the day. For weight loss, it's very sensible. Cook healthy food once, put in dabbas. Then you won't eat bahar ka fast food. Simple and effective, beta.

Meal prepping for weight loss is smart. Pick one day, like Sunday, and cook your main protein and a carb for 3-4 days. For example, grilled chicken and brown rice, or a big batch of dal. Keep salads separate. This way you control portions and don't stray. Simple and effective.

Meal prepping is a very good idea for weight loss, ho na? It helps you plan your meals so you don't eat unhealthy outside food. Maybe start with preparing your lunches for a few days. Cook some rice, a healthy sabzi, and some salad. It takes some effort initially, but then it's very convenient.
