If you have any condition like diabetes, please, PLEASE consult your doctor before starting any kind of fasting. It can seriously mess with your blood sugar levels and medication. It's not worth the risk. Always prioritize health safety above all else, especially with such drastic dietary changes.

Starting fasting can be challenging. Take it slow and listen to your body. I hope you find a method that works well for you and helps you achieve your goals.

I've been thinking about trying fasting for weight loss too, but I'm worried about feeling super hungry and irritable. Has anyone else felt really lightheaded or weak initially? How do you deal with those first few days? I'm just so anxious about starting something so restrictive.

Dude, fasting for weight loss? That's kinda intense. I've seen some of my friends try intermittent fasting, like not eating breakfast. They say it's tough initially but you get used to it. Just make sure you're still eating enough and healthy stuff in your eating window, otherwise you'll just be tired all the time.

Oh, fasting for weight loss is something many people are doing. My sister tried it, but she had to stop because she felt too weak. My advice is to start very gradually, maybe by just extending your overnight fast a little bit. And drink plenty of water or green tea. If you feel dizzy, please stop and eat something light.

I've heard a lot about intermittent fasting! A friend of mine does the 14-hour fast, so she just skips breakfast and has lunch. She drinks a lot of water and black coffee during her fasting window. It seems to work for her, but she also said the first few days were hard. Maybe try a shorter window first to see how your body reacts?

Yaar, fasting for weight loss is a big deal, haan? My cousin tried it and actually got good results, but she eased into it. Don't just suddenly stop eating for long hours. Start with maybe a 12-hour fast, then slowly increase. And lots of water is important, otherwise you'll get headaches.

I just started intermittent fasting for weight loss and it's actually working for me! I do the 16:8 method, where I eat for 8 hours and fast for 16. The first few days were tough with hunger pangs, but my body adjusted. Make sure you hydrate a lot during your fasting window, and eat healthy, protein-rich meals when you do eat. Don't overdo it!

Fasting for weight loss? My stomach starts protesting if I miss a single meal, haha! But seriously, if you're trying it, make sure you're not going full monk mode from day one. Start with smaller fasting windows, and for God's sake, don't forget to hydrate, or you'll just end up dehydrated and grumpy! And maybe warn your family, so they know why you're hangry!

Fasting for weight loss is a trend, but it's not for everyone. Before you try anything drastic, get it cleared by a doctor, especially if you have any existing health conditions. Don't just follow what you read online; your body is unique. Verify with a medical professional first.

Before you even think about fasting, first go for a basic health checkup. It's not too expensive to get blood tests done, and it'll tell you if fasting is even safe for your body type. Don't risk your health to save a few bucks on a doctor's visit, it's a long-term investment in your well-being.

Fasting can be really mentally challenging, especially if you're someone who thinks about food a lot, like me. Don't feel bad if you can't stick to it perfectly every day. Start with shorter fasting windows, and be kind to yourself. It's a journey, not a race, and emotional well-being is important too.

For anyone with PCOS, please be extra careful with fasting. Some studies say it can help, but others show it might mess with hormones further, especially if you're prone to stress. Definitely talk to your gynecologist or endocrinologist before starting. What works for others might not work for us.

I've been seeing a lot about fasting for weight loss, especially intermittent fasting. It sounds intriguing, but also a bit scary, no? Like, how do you handle the hunger? I'm curious if it's really sustainable in the long run. Have you tried anything similar before?
