How to speed up weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now, but the progress is very slow. I'm exercising and watching my diet, but is there anything else I can do to speed up the weight loss process a bit?

Instead of trying expensive diet plans, just make simple changes in your daily routine. Reduce oil in your daily cooking, cut down on sweet tea and biscuits, and walk for 30 minutes. It takes time, but these habits are easy to sustain and don't cost anything.

Consistency is key. Just focus on a calorie deficit and daily walking instead of rushing it.

Child, do not run after quick weight loss, as it only ruins your health and energy. Eat simple home-cooked meals on time, drink warm water with a little lemon and honey in the morning, and sleep early. A healthy body loses weight naturally and safely.

You don't need fancy gym memberships or organic foods to lose weight. Just track your regular meals, replace junk with cheap protein like boiled chana or eggs, and walk outdoors. Keeping a simple food diary costs zero rupees but keeps you highly disciplined.

Hey, don't stress too much about losing weight super fast, okay? Extreme diets only make you cranky and you end up gaining it back anyway. Just eat your home food in smaller portions and enjoy your favorite treats once in a while. You got this!

I highly recommend using a free calorie-tracking app to log everything you eat. It really opens your eyes to hidden fats and sugars in our daily diet. Pair that with a target of 10,000 steps on your tracker, and you'll see steady progress without crashing your metabolism.

If you want to speed up fat loss, prioritize resistance training to build muscle and increase your daily protein intake. Keep your calorie deficit moderate, around 300-500 calories below maintenance, so you burn fat and not muscle. Avoid extreme starvations, they don't work long-term.

When you have long office hours, prep your meals on Sunday so you don't order takeout during the week. Even a 20-minute brisk walk during lunch or post-dinner makes a big difference over time. Realistic, small changes fit better into a busy schedule than intense routines.
