How to sleep better during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and sleeping has become a real challenge. I keep waking up to use the restroom or due to back discomfort. How can I sleep better during pregnancy?

I'm not pregnant yet, but I've heard so many women talk about this struggle! It must be so tough. Are there special pillows that really make a difference, or is it more about finding a comfy position? Curious to know what works.

Sleep better during pregnancy? Is that even possible?! 😂 I remember just shifting from one side to another all night. Seriously though, a body pillow was my lifesaver, and trying to pee one last time just before I finally lay down helped a tiny bit.

As a working pregnant woman, time is key. I found short naps during the day, if possible, helped manage the fatigue. And then a good quality maternity pillow for support at night. Don't try to be a superhero, rest whenever you can. It's important for you and baby.

Beta, it's natural to feel uncomfortable. Try sleeping on your left side, they say it's good for the baby. And a small, soft pillow between your knees can give comfort. Don't eat heavy food at night, just light dal-roti. And a glass of warm milk always helps calm the mind.

Pregnancy can affect so many things, including your thyroid levels, which in turn can impact sleep. Make sure your doctor is regularly checking your thyroid panel and other vitals. Sometimes addressing a mild imbalance can significantly improve sleep quality. Don't skip your checkups.
