How to sleep after wisdom teeth removal?

Just got all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and my mouth is really sore. It's hard to find a comfortable position without aggravating the swelling. Any tips on how to sleep well after wisdom teeth removal?

Oh god, wisdom teeth removal sounds so scary! I'd be so worried about the pain and infection. Make sure you follow all the post-op instructions from your dentist, even the tiny ones. Maybe try sleeping slightly upright with extra pillows, it might help with swelling and less throbbing.

Honestly, after my wisdom tooth surgery, I couldn't sleep properly for days. It was really hard and I felt so miserable and helpless. Don't feel bad if you're struggling; it's a tough recovery. Just try to keep up with your pain meds and soft diet, it does get better.

Please, please listen to your dentist carefully. I once ignored some post-op instructions for a different procedure and ended up with a complication that took ages to fix. If you're really struggling to sleep or in severe pain, don't hesitate to call your dentist again, even if it's late.

See, the main thing after wisdom tooth removal is to avoid dry socket, which is very painful and will cost more money for treatment. Sleep with your head elevated, maybe two pillows. Also, make sure you take your antibiotics completely to avoid infection, varna aur dawai leni padegi.
