To reverse fatty liver, you should focus on a low-glycemic, calorie-restricted diet. Increase your intake of soluble fiber from oats, green vegetables, and legumes, which helps reduce liver fat accumulation. Please avoid processed foods and high-sugar items entirely.

I managed to completely reverse my Grade 1 fatty liver in just five months by focusing purely on diet. I stopped all outside food, limited oil to 2 teaspoons a day, and ate mostly fiber-rich vegetables. My recent ultrasound showed absolutely no fatty changes.

Look, if you keep eating fried pakoras and drinking sugary juices, no medicine can save your liver. Stop looking for excuses and clean up your daily diet immediately. Eat simple, home-cooked food, do some physical work, and stay healthy.

I completely agree with this advice. Cutting down on white carbohydrates and sugar is indeed the most effective way to heal your liver.

I tried various herbal concoctions and green teas, but nothing worked until I actually cut down my white rice and paratha portions. Adding a big bowl of salad before lunch and dinner really helped me control my hunger. Be gentle with yourself, it takes some time.

It's so hard to maintain a clean diet when you are working night shifts and surviving on instant noodles and coffee. But my doctor warned me that my liver needs rest, so now I carry homemade sprouts and roasted chana to work. It is tough but necessary!

When my liver enzymes were high, the clinical dietitian at the hospital gave me a structured diet plan. She emphasized avoiding trans fats and refined wheat flour completely. I highly recommend discussing your specific liver reports with a doctor before starting any strict diet.

I track my daily macro split on an app to make sure my carbohydrate intake doesn't cross 40% of my daily calories. Swapping simple carbs with complex ones like oats and millets made a massive difference in my lipid profile. Try logging your meals to see where you can improve.

As a massive foodie, giving up my butter chicken and garlic naans was a total nightmare! But to save my liver, I switched to grilled chicken, roasted paneer, and lots of stir-fried veggies instead. You can still make healthy food taste good with the right spices.

Actually, you don't need to starve yourself to fix this, yaar. Just stop drinking sweet sodas, milk tea with three spoons of sugar, and eating junk. Stick to simple home-cooked dal-roti-sabzi with very little oil and you will see the change.
