How to reverse arthritis with diet?

I've been trying to manage my arthritis with medication, but I'm also exploring natural options. Someone told me diet can play a big role. How can one reverse arthritis with diet, what kind of foods should I focus on?

Giving up my evening samosas and extra sweet chai was painful, but my joint pain was worse! Swapping junk food for walnuts and green tea actually made me feel ten years younger. Your knees will thank you for quitting the sugar, trust me.

Look, diet alone cannot cure arthritis if your joints are already damaged, so don't believe magical claims online. But yes, eating garlic, ginger, and reducing refined oil will definitely reduce the swelling. Eat clean, but don't skip your doctor's prescriptions.

Too tired to cook fancy anti-inflammatory meals, so I just throw some ginger and turmeric into my morning tea and call it a day. Honestly, cutting down on late-night sweet cravings has helped my joint stiffness a bit. Back to sleep now.

I love spicy biryani, but I had to cut down because oily foods made my joint swelling flare up. Now I try to include lots of turmeric, garlic, and fish rich in omega-3 like rawas in my meals. It's actually delicious once you get used to healthy cooking!

While eating anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and fenugreek seeds is good, please do not rely solely on diet to treat severe arthritis. Some forms like Rheumatoid arthritis need proper medical therapy to prevent permanent joint damage. Get it checked by a rheumatologist.

My daughter was diagnosed with early juvenile joint pain, and we adjusted her diet completely under a clinical nutritionist. We added a lot of fresh fruits, flaxseeds, and curd to her meals while avoiding processed snacks. It helped her energy levels and joint flexibility immensely.

My mom was reading about anti-inflammatory diets for her knee pain. She started giving me and my dad walnuts and soaked almonds every morning. She says cutting down on refined flour and white sugar has made her fingers feel much less stiff.
