How to regain muscle mass after weight loss?

After my recent weight loss journey, I'm noticing that along with fat, I've shed a lot of muscle mass too. I'm looking for advice on how to build it back up effectively. What kind of diet or exercise should I focus on?

I totally get how frustrating it is when you lose weight but also feel weaker. I tried increasing my protein with sprouts, paneer, and eggs. Also, light resistance bands at home helped me start. Don't jump into heavy weights too fast, build up gradually.

Haan, it's quite normal to lose some muscle with fat, especially if the weight loss was quick. I panicked a bit too. But consistent strength training, even 3-4 times a week, combined with a good protein diet will bring it back. Give it time, your body adapts.

Ghar pe kuch light exercises karo, jaise bodyweight squats, push-ups. Aur khane mein daal, chana, chicken, eggs jaisi protein wali cheezein badhao. Bahut mehnge gym ya supplements ki zaroorat nahi. Consistency se muscle ban jayegi.

After weight loss, a gentle approach helps. Yoga asanas, especially those that build core strength like plank or warrior poses, can help. Combine this with mindful eating, ensuring you get enough plant-based proteins. It's about rebuilding strength holistically.

For me, managing muscle mass is tied to my diabetes. I make sure my protein intake is good, but also keep an eye on carbs, even healthy ones. Strength training is important, but I always monitor my blood sugar before and after. Always consult a doctor or dietician for a balanced approach.

Yaar, after losing weight, everyone kinda feels like that. Actually, main focus should be on weight training, even if it's bodyweight exercises to start. Aur haan, protein intake increase karo – like good quality daal, paneer, chicken. Don't ignore good sleep, that's important for recovery too.
