Haan na, Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss is quite popular. But pls dilute it with water, otherwise it can be strong for your teeth and stomach. Thoda sa honey bhi add kar sakte ho if the taste is too much. And always have it before meals, they say.

I tried ACV for a few months. My experience was to always dilute 1-2 tablespoons in a full glass of water. Never drink it neat, it's too acidic. I had it twice a day, before breakfast and before dinner. It did help with digestion and made me feel fuller, but it's not a magic bullet, you still need diet and exercise.

Oh, ACV, the latest fad! Honestly, if I could lose weight by just drinking something sour, I'd be a supermodel by now. But seriously, dilute it well. My wife tried it and ended up with a slightly upset stomach. So, start small, and listen to your body. Don't overdo it like we all tend to, haan.

Before starting any new supplement like ACV for weight loss, it's crucial to consult your doctor or a dietician. They can advise you on the correct dosage, potential interactions, and if it's even suitable for your health condition. Self-medicating can sometimes lead to issues, so always seek professional advice.

Be careful with all these internet remedies. People say ACV cures everything, but it's not always true. Always talk to a doctor before you start taking anything for weight loss, especially something acidic. They can tell you if it's safe for *you*.

Honestly, I tried it too! What worked for me was diluting just one tablespoon in a big glass of water, and having it with a straw to protect my teeth. I had it once a day before my heaviest meal. It helped a little with bloating, but remember, it's just a small part of a healthy lifestyle.

My flatmate drinks ACV every morning. She says to mix one tablespoon in a glass of lukewarm water. She says it helps with digestion and curbs cravings. But yeah, if u have sensitive stomach, maybe be careful. She also brushes her teeth after so the acid doesn't affect them.

Take it diluted with water. It's usually one or two tablespoons. Consult your doctor if you have any health concerns.

Many people swear by ACV for weight loss, but it's a home remedy, so proceed with caution. Always dilute it properly to protect your esophagus and tooth enamel. If you experience any severe stomach pain or acidity, please stop immediately and see a doctor. Natural doesn't always mean harmless for everyone.

Look, it's simple. 1-2 spoons ACV, full glass of water. Drink before meals. That's it. Don't expect miracles though; diet and exercise are main. If stomach feels bad, stop it. Best to ask your family doctor once before starting.
