Hey there! Swollen feet in pregnancy are super common, so don't fret too much! 😊 Try to keep your feet up whenever you can, seriously, prop them up with pillows! And drink lots of water, it sounds counterintuitive but it helps! 💧 Also, comfy shoes are your new best friend! 👟 If it's really bad, definitely check with your doc! ✨

Beti, swollen feet in pregnancy are very common, don't worry too much. Drink plenty of water, and when you sit, keep your feet up on a stool or a pillow. Don't stand for too long. My grandmother always said put your feet in cool water, it brings relief. But if it feels too much, then show doctor.

Oh, I remember those days of swollen feet so well! It's tough. My doctor advised me to wear compression stockings, which really helped a lot. Also, I made sure to take short walks to keep the blood flowing and elevated my legs multiple times a day. And seriously, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Don't hold back on water.

Swollen feet sound really uncomfortable, and it's easy to get anxious about any pregnancy symptom. While some swelling is normal, it's really important to keep an eye on it. If it's sudden, severe, or affects one leg more than the other, please, please call your doctor right away. It could be something like preeclampsia or a DVT.

For swollen feet in pregnancy, try to wear loose-fitting shoes and avoid standing for long periods. When sitting, keep a stool or cushion under your feet. Drinking plenty of water helps flush out excess salts. Reduce your salt intake too. These are simple things that make a difference.

I just went through this! My biggest saviour was definitely compression socks – the maternity ones are actually comfy. And my doctor told me to lie on my left side for better blood flow. It really helped reduce the puffiness, especially by the end of the day. Good luck!

Swollen feet during pregnancy are totally normal, but still a pain! My best friend dealt with this recently. She said making sure her shoes weren't tight at all, and literally putting her feet up on pillows whenever she sat down, made a huge difference. Also, drinking a lot of water helps somehow.

Swollen feet can be quite uncomfortable, especially during pregnancy. Gentle leg and foot rotations, even while sitting, can encourage blood flow. Try to do some very light stretches for your calves and ankles. And remember to breathe deeply; pranayama can help calm the system which in turn aids circulation. Listen to your body, always.

Light exercise, like a gentle walk or swimming (if your doctor approves), can really help with circulation in your legs and feet. It prevents blood from pooling. Also, don't sit cross-legged and make sure you're getting up and moving around every hour or so, even if it's just a quick stretch.

Even though swelling is common, it's good to be cautious. If there's a history of diabetes or high blood pressure, make sure those are well-controlled during pregnancy, as they can sometimes exacerbate swelling or indicate other issues. A healthy, low-salt diet can also play a role. Always follow your obstetrician's advice meticulously.

Ah, the old 'cankles' of pregnancy! Don't worry, your feet aren't planning a hostile takeover. Just get those puppies elevated, higher than your heart if possible, and pretend you're a queen. Also, drink so much water you feel like a human fish. It surprisingly helps! If they get really enormous though, time to call the doc!
