How to meal prep for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and my friend suggested meal prepping to stay on track. But I'm new to this and don't know where to start. What are some good ways to meal prep for weight loss that are easy and healthy?

I always chop fresh vegetables on Sunday and keep them in airtight containers, which makes cooking daily meals very quick. Use simple spices like turmeric and ginger which are great for digestion. But if your sudden weight gain is due to medical issues, consult a doctor first.

Prepping is my absolute favorite Sunday activity! I portion out my nuts and cut up all fruits for the week so I don't grab chips. It saves so much time and keeps the healthy eating vibe super fun and easy.

Ho na, prep makes life so much easier! I boil chickpeas and sprouted moong beforehand and keep them in the fridge. Whenever I feel hungry, I just mix them with onion and tomato for a quick healthy salad.

Just start small by prepping your morning breakfast the night before, like soaking oats or sprouts. It takes off a lot of morning stress and keeps you on track. You got this.

I tried prep plans and ignored constant fatigue thinking it was just a diet issue, but it was actually a severe vitamin D deficiency. Do get a general health checkup done. When you prep, focus on adding spinach and curd to keep your energy up.

If I don't pre-chop my onions and keep my boiled eggs ready, I will definitely order pizza by Tuesday night. Treat your fridge like a high-end salad bar where everything is ready to assemble, and save yourself from your own lazy cravings!
