How to make protein shake for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym recently and my trainer suggested adding protein shakes for weight loss. But I'm a bit confused about what all to put in it to make it effective and tasty. Can anyone share some good recipes?

Just blend one scoop whey with water, half an apple, and some chia seeds, haan na. It becomes a thick shake and keeps you full for a long time, try it.

Keep it simple and cut the junk. Use water or unsweetened almond milk, one scoop of high-quality whey, and skip the bananas or honey if your goal is strict weight loss.

If you add ice cream and peanut butter to make it taste good, it's a dessert, not a weight loss shake! Just drink it with water and pretend it tastes like chocolate milkshake.

I had severe bloating and digestion issues after blindly replacing my meals with protein shakes. Please check with a doctor to see if you have any underlying lactose or gut issues first.
