How to make cabbage soup for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose a little weight and read online that cabbage soup can be good for that. I'm not much of a cook, so I need an easy recipe. How do I make cabbage soup that tastes decent and helps with weight loss?

I tried the cabbage soup diet, but with thyroid issues, raw or heavy cabbage intake can sometimes interfere with thyroid function. To make it, you boil cabbage, tomatoes, and onions with black pepper. However, please get your TSH levels checked and ask your doctor if this is safe for your system.

I make a big batch of this on Sunday to save time during the work week. Just chop cabbage, onions, carrots, and bell peppers, throw them in a pressure cooker with ginger-garlic paste and salt, and give it two whistles. It's a quick, low-calorie meal option when you don't have time to cook daily.

Actually, raw cabbage can taste really bland yaar. What I do is saute garlic and onions in a little olive oil, add the cabbage and tomatoes, and then boil it with some mixed herbs. It actually tastes quite nice and doesn't feel like punishing yourself.

To make cabbage soup, boil chopped cabbage, tomatoes, celery, and onions in vegetable broth with some black pepper. While it is extremely low in calories and helps with a quick water weight drop, make sure you are still eating enough protein and doing basic strength training so you don't lose muscle.

Look, cabbage soup is just boiled veggies. Saute onions, garlic, and cabbage in one teaspoon of oil, add water and spices, and boil till soft. It works for quick calorie cutting, but let's be real—you cannot live on this forever if you want sustainable weight loss.

Humare ghar par toh patta gobhi ko barik kaat kar, tamatar aur thoda adrak-lahsun ke sath ubal lete hain. Thoda jeera powder aur namak dalne se swad achha ho jata hai. Ise garam peene se pet saaf rehta hai aur sharir halka lagta hai.

I was researching this diet online and most recipes say you should boil cabbage, bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions together. Some people say adding green chillies or vinegar makes it taste way better. I might try making a small portion this weekend to see if it's actually edible.

We prepare a simple cabbage soup by boiling cabbage with turmeric, fresh ginger, and cumin seeds. This gentle spice blend helps digest the cabbage and prevents any gas or bloating in the stomach. Drink it warm in the evening along with quiet breathing exercises.

Hey, don't stress too much about following a strict cabbage soup diet, okay? To make a tasty version, just boil cabbage with some garlic, tomatoes, and a little oregano. Eat it as a healthy dinner side, but please eat your regular meals during the day too!

I have tried almost every weight loss soup over the years. The trick to making cabbage soup drinkable is adding a bit of lemon juice and fresh coriander at the end. It cuts down that strong boiled cabbage smell and makes it much easier to enjoy.

For my high BP, I make this soup with very low sodium, so I avoid any ready-made soup cubes. I just boil cabbage with fresh tomatoes, coriander, and black pepper. Along with this, I make sure to do my regular blood pressure checkups and go for daily walks.

My clinical dietitian at Kokilaben Hospital advised me to avoid extreme soup diets for weight loss. If you still want to make it, just boil cabbage with tomatoes and light salt. But before you start any such diet plan, check with your physician to ensure it won't affect your kidneys or blood pressure.

It is a very simple recipe: just simmer chopped cabbage, carrots, and onions in water with mild spices. It is great for hydration and fiber, but please do not survive on just this soup for days because it can lead to weakness and nutritional deficiencies.

I have shared this recipe with many people in our community. Boil chopped cabbage, onions, and carrots with a pinch of turmeric and black pepper. It is a fantastic way to increase your vegetable intake, but remember to keep your diet balanced with some lentils and roti too.

Honestly, I barely have the energy to chop veggies after being up all night with the baby. I just chop whatever cabbage is left, throw it in a pot with water and some ready-made soup powder, and drink it. It's not gourmet, but it keeps me full and is low-calorie!
