How to make a protein smoothie for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and my trainer suggested adding a protein smoothie for weight loss. I'm new to this, so can anyone tell me how to make a good protein smoothie that helps with losing weight but also tastes good?

When I was trying to lose weight, I used to make a smoothie with sattu or whey protein, water, and half a banana. Don't add sugar, honey, or too many dates, otherwise you are just drinking high-calorie sugar instead of a diet meal.

I personally just blend some unsweetened almond milk, spinach, a scoop of plant protein, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. This kept me full for hours in the morning, but you have to see what fits your own daily calorie budget.

I know how stressful it is to constantly worry about what to eat to lose weight. For my peace of mind, I started blending basic home ingredients like curd, sattu, and some oats, which is light on the stomach and very reassuring.

When I consulted the clinical nutritionist at Apollo, she advised me against blindly following internet protein shake recipes. It is always better to ask your doctor or a qualified dietitian to design a plan based on your body's specific kidney health and metabolic rate.

I totally get it, planning diet meals can get so boring and repetitive. Try mixing some low-fat curd with a small apple and some soaked almonds for a quick, filling protein drink that actually tastes good.
