How to maintain weight loss after semaglutide?

After using semaglutide, I've managed to lose some significant weight, but I'm quite anxious about maintaining it. Someone told me many people regain weight after stopping, so I'm looking for practical advice.

Be peaceful in your mind, beta. The body listens to your thoughts. Eat fresh, simple foods with gratitude and do some light breathing exercises, everything will stay in balance.

I cried so many times thinking I would gain all the weight back once I stopped semaglutide. It's a huge emotional battle, so please don't be too hard on yourself if your weight fluctuates a little in the beginning.

Dekho yaar, seedhi baat hai. Meds humesha ke liye nahi chalenge. Ab khud mehnat karni padegi. Junk food band karo, ghar ka khao aur roz walk pe jao.

I completely understand the panic of watching the scale after stopping the treatment. It used to make me so anxious. Just focus on small daily habits instead of obsessing over the final number.

Semaglutide was already so expensive, and now maintenance can also cost a lot if you run after fancy dietitians. Just plan your home meals budget-friendly and do basic blood tests at local labs to keep an eye on your health.

No magic tricks here, brother. Once you are off the meds, focus on a high-protein diet to keep you full and hit the gym at least 4 times a week. It's all about calories in versus calories out now.
