How to increase mitochondria for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, but it's proving really difficult. I heard somewhere that increasing mitochondria can help with metabolism and fat burning. Is there any way to boost them?

I was reading about how mitochondria are the powerhouses that burn fat, but does anyone else feel super exhausted when trying HIIT workouts to boost them? I'm scared of overtraining. Is it better to just stick to brisk walking?

Mitochondria respond best to physical demands, which means regular aerobic exercises like running or cycling help. Don't fall for expensive 'mitochondrial support' capsules sold online, they are mostly overpriced. Regular exercise and antioxidants from colourful vegetables do the job naturally.

I have high BP, and my doctor told me that improving cellular health and metabolic activity is key. I do regular moderate-intensity walks and keep a close eye on my blood pressure. Please do a regular checkup before starting any high-intensity training program.

Hey, don't get lost in complex biological terms. Increasing cellular energy is just a fancy way of saying 'stay active and eat clean.' Just focus on consistent physical activity and deep sleep, your body will take care of the rest automatically.

Haan yaar, aajkal log mitochondria aur science ki baatein zyada karte hain, par asal baat toh wahi hai na—pasina bahana padega! Roz subah jogging karo aur seasonal fruits khao, stamina apne aap badh jayega.
