How to increase hcg levels in early pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant, very early stages, but my first HCG levels were a bit on the lower side. My doctor asked me to retest. Is there anything I can do to help increase HCG levels in early pregnancy?

In early pregnancy, you must rest completely and eat fresh, warm home-cooked meals. Avoid lifting anything heavy or taking stress. While traditional foods like milk and almonds are good, please follow whatever your doctor prescribes.

During our pregnancy scare, I was constantly cooking simple, healthy meals for my wife to keep her happy. Eating small, nutrient-rich meals helped her manage nausea while keeping her energy up. Just focus on eating clean and tasty home food.

I know how stressful it is to wait for those HCG numbers to double. Honestly, there are no home remedies that can directly increase HCG because it is a hormone produced by the placenta. The best you can do is stay hydrated and rest.

My grandmother always advised staying calm and drinking tender coconut water in early pregnancy. But HCG levels are purely a biological marker of how the pregnancy is developing. It is best to trust your doctor's advice and regular scans.

When my wife's HCG levels were rising slowly, we went straight to our gynecologist at Fortis. They monitored the doubling rate with proper blood tests. Please ask your doctor clearly about this, as only medical professionals can guide you safely.

Please try to stay positive and keep your mind calm during this delicate phase. Meditating for a few minutes daily can help reduce anxiety. Trust your body, take care of your health, and let nature take its beautiful course.

I remember worrying endlessly about these medical terms during my time, but back then we didn't have so many tests. Just eat healthy, sleep well, and do not panic over minor number differences. Your body knows how to nurture a life.

There is absolutely no food or natural remedy that can artificially increase HCG levels. Do not trust any website claiming otherwise. It is a critical hormone, and any concerns must be verified with your gynecologist via blood tests and ultrasound.
