How to improve weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight for months, but it feels like nothing works, even with diet and exercise. My sister mentioned that sometimes there are underlying issues. How can I effectively improve my weight loss journey?

My son was struggling with weight gain due to long study hours, so we started packing healthy home snacks instead of letting him buy junk. Just small changes like replacing soft drinks with buttermilk and making them walk after dinner works wonders. Don't push them too hard, keep it positive.

I highly recommend tracking what you eat on a free fitness app for at least a week. It shocked me to see how much hidden oil and calories I was consuming. Logging my daily steps and food keeps me accountable and helped me lose 5 kgs.

Weight loss after forty is a different level of circus, honestly. I look at a gulab jamun and somehow gain two kilos overnight. I have just accepted that consistency with basic home food and daily walks is the only slow, painful way out.

Actually, consistency is the main thing yaar. I used to skip dinners and then hog on vada pav the next day because of crazy hunger cravings. Now I just eat normal dal chawal in portion control and it is working much better.

I am also trying to start my weight loss journey but I get very confused with all the different diets online. Is it okay if I just stop eating rice at night, or will that make me weak? I am a bit scared of doing the wrong thing.

Don't fall for those quick weight loss diets, they always backfire and ruin your metabolism. I lost 12 kgs by simply eating high protein, sleeping 8 hours, and drinking enough water. Focus on building sustainable habits rather than chasing rapid results.
