How to heal dental cavities naturally?

My wife is very keen on natural remedies for everything, and she's asking about some small dental cavities she has. Is it possible to heal dental cavities naturally, or are these just myths? She really wants to try alternative methods first.

While a balanced diet and good oral hygiene, including tongue cleaning, support overall dental health and can help prevent new cavities, an existing cavity (a hole in the tooth) cannot truly be 'healed' naturally. It requires a dentist's attention to be properly filled.

For cavities, only a dentist can properly treat them. Natural methods are more for prevention.

Beta, once there is a hole in the tooth, natural methods can only do so much. We used to use neem daatun, which helps clean. But for a cavity, you need to go to the doctor. It's better than enduring pain. Don't delay.

I used to panic reading about cavities and tried all sorts of natural stuff hoping to avoid the dentist. But honestly, a real cavity just needs a filling. All the natural things like oil pulling and diet are great for preventing new ones, but not for healing existing holes. Just go get it filled, it's normal.

It is important to understand that some things require professional help. While natural methods strengthen your body, a cavity is a physical damage. Seek the wisdom of a dentist for healing, and continue with good practices for prevention. Stay positive.

Naturally heal cavities? If only! Then I wouldn't have spent half my salary at the dentist over the years. Haha! Good brushing and less mithai can prevent them, but once they're there, only a doc can fix it. My teeth are just as tired as I am.
