How to heal dental cavities?

I recently had a check-up, and the dentist found a couple of small dental cavities. They're not very deep yet, but I want to take care of them properly. What's the best way to heal dental cavities and prevent them from getting worse?

Dental cavities, haan, they are part of growing old for many of us. Once a hole comes, it has to be filled. Don't be afraid of the dentist, beta. They will clean it and fill it properly. It's much better than letting it hurt you more.

To heal dental cavities, you need a dentist, plain and simple. No home remedies work for this. Schedule an appointment, get it filled, and then focus on good oral hygiene to prevent new ones. It's the most time-efficient and effective solution.

Ugh, cavities! They always ruin my plans for eating ice cream or a crunchy snack. Healing them means a trip to the dentist for a filling. After that, I try to be more mindful of my sweet cravings, but honestly, it's a struggle!

For a dental cavity, the only way to truly heal it is with a dentist. They will clean out the decay and put a filling. My father always told us, 'Don't ignore tooth pain, it only gets worse.' Please go, don't worry, they will help you.
