How to get through weight loss plateau?

I've been working out and eating healthy for months, and I lost a good amount of weight initially. But now, for the past 3 weeks, the scale just won't budge, it's so frustrating! What can I do to break through this weight loss plateau?

Oh, weight loss plateaus are so annoying, right?! 😩 But don't give up! Try changing up your workout routine a bit, or maybe tweak your diet by adding more protein or healthy fats. Sometimes a little shock to the system helps! You've got this! 💪😊

Ugh, plateaus are the worst! I always feel so disheartened and anxious when my weight just sticks, even when I'm trying so hard. Does anyone else feel like they're doing everything right and still nothing moves? It's so frustrating. Any specific things that finally broke your plateau?

Weight loss plateau? Sounds like my life – stuck in one place. Honestly, maybe try getting some actual sleep? My body probably holds onto everything because it thinks it's in a perpetual state of emergency from lack of rest. Or just confuse your body with a new exercise, it worked for my friend. Or maybe just accept it and order pizza, haha!

Ah, the dreaded weight loss plateau! Your body is basically saying, 'Nope, not moving from here, this is my happy place!' 😂 But seriously, try to trick it! Change your routine, maybe try a new type of exercise or slightly adjust your calorie intake. And remember, it's totally normal, your body is just being a stubborn little thing!

I totally panicked when I hit a weight loss plateau, thought all my hard work was for nothing! But it's actually a very normal part of the process. Don't stress too much. What helped me was adding a new type of workout (like strength training) and carefully tracking my macros for a few days. Your body just needs a little jolt to get going again, it's fine!
