How to get rid of stomach flab after weight loss?

After my recent weight loss, I'm happy with my overall progress, but there's still a lot of flabby skin on my stomach. It doesn't look firm at all. What can I do to get rid of stomach flab after weight loss?

I can only share what worked for me, please don't take it as medical advice. After my weight loss, I found that consistent core exercises and a very protein-rich diet helped tighten things up. It wasn't instant, took a lot of patience. Everyone's body is different, so what worked for me might not work for you.

Oh, the post-weight loss flab! It's like my body is saying, 'Haha, thought you could escape us completely?' Honestly, I keep thinking if I just eat super clean and avoid all my favorite snacks, maybe it'll vanish. But then a gulab jamun appears, and my resolve crumbles faster than a papad! It's a journey, right?

Hey! Don't stress too much about it, yaar. It's super common after weight loss. Your body has gone through a lot of changes. Just focus on eating well, staying active, and give your body some time to adjust. You've already done the hard part of losing weight, be proud of that!

Hi there. From a practical standpoint, this usually means your skin needs to catch up or you still have some subcutaneous fat. Consistency with core strengthening exercises can help tone the muscles underneath. Also, adequate hydration and a balanced diet are always good. If it bothers you a lot, maybe discuss options with a dermatologist or a fitness expert.

For something like this, natural approaches often include specific yoga asanas for core strength, and regular massage with certain oils (like almond or coconut oil) to improve skin elasticity. But if the skin is really loose or causing discomfort, it's always best to get an opinion from a proper doctor. They can rule out anything else.

Oh, I literally just went through this! It was so frustrating to lose all that weight and still have the tummy flab. What finally worked for me was focusing on resistance training, especially for my core, and eating enough protein. It wasn't a quick fix, took about 6-8 months, but the results are slowly showing. Keep at it!

Hey, it's completely normal to feel like this after losing weight. Don't be too hard on yourself. Your body has achieved something great. Maybe try some gentle core strengthening exercises, like pilates or specific yoga postures. And most importantly, stay hydrated and keep eating nourishing food. It will settle down with time and consistent effort, bachcha.
