How to get rid of stomach fat after weight loss?

I worked really hard and lost a good amount of weight, but I still have this stubborn bit of fat around my stomach. It's quite disheartening after all the effort. How can I get rid of stomach fat after weight loss?

Ugh, the stomach fat saga never ends, right? Lost weight, but that last bit just clings on like a limpet. Honestly, sometimes I feel like it's mocking me when I'm trying to sleep. Maybe if I just stop sleeping it'll get tired and leave. Just kidding... mostly.

Achha, this is a common concern. My mother always says to drink warm water with lemon in the morning, and do a lot of walking. But truly, for targeted fat loss, it's best to consult a doctor or a dietician. They can guide you properly, no?

Yaar, I totally get this. After losing weight, this belly fat is stubborn. I tried everything from green tea to specific 'belly fat burner' exercises from YouTube. Some things helped a little with bloating, but for actual fat, consistency with diet and targeted strength training is what worked for me eventually. Don't lose hope!

Stomach fat? Ah, the eternal struggle between my love for biryani and wanting a flat tummy! I mean, I lost weight, but my inner foodie is always plotting. Maybe if we just convince our stomachs that a little extra cushioning is actually stylish? Just kidding. It's tough, yaar, especially when cravings hit!

This is a very common issue, and honestly, don't try to fix it with internet advice only. I always tell my friends to go to a good hospital, see a general physician, and ask for a referral to a dietician or a fitness expert. They can properly assess your body and suggest what's safe and effective for you. Clear guidance is key.
