How to get rid of saggy arms after weight loss?

After my recent weight loss journey, I'm noticing that the skin on my upper arms has become quite loose and saggy. It really bothers me when I wear sleeveless tops. What are some effective ways to get rid of saggy arms after weight loss?

Oh, saggy arms sound like a difficult side effect after weight loss. Is it only strength training that helps, or are there any creams or massages that make a difference at all?

Saggy arms after weight loss is a common concern. While regular strength training can certainly improve muscle tone and appearance, complete 'ridding' of saggy skin, especially if it's significant, might require medical intervention. It's best to consult a cosmetic expert for realistic options.

I lost a lot of weight too and faced this! What helped me significantly was consistent weight training focusing on my arms and shoulders, like push-ups and dumbbell exercises. It won't get rid of all the skin, but it definitely made my arms look much firmer. Be patient!

Saggy arms? I think my arms are saggy just from carrying my kid all day, forget weight loss! Honestly, probably just more exercise and maybe a good arm workout routine. But don't ask me, I'm too tired to lift a remote.

After losing weight, skin takes time to tighten. Maybe some light exercises for arms can help. And massage with some good oil, it keeps skin soft. But if it's too much, perhaps doctor can advise better, my dear.

Hey, congrats on the weight loss! Saggy arms can be a bummer, I totally get it. Doing targeted arm exercises like bicep curls and tricep extensions with weights can help tone them up. It might not get rid of all the excess skin, but it can make a good difference in muscle definition.
