How to get rid of flabby thighs after weight loss?

I've managed to shed some kilos, but now my thighs feel quite flabby and jiggly. I want to tone them up and make them look firmer. What exercises or tips can help get rid of this flabby skin on my thighs?

Hey! Celebrate your weight loss first, you did an amazing job! For the thighs, try adding a 15-minute leg workout to your routine. Squats, lunges, and cycling will tone those legs up beautifully in no time.

I tried massaging my thighs with mustard oil and dry brushing for months, but honestly, only targeted exercises really worked. Squats and lunges at home are the most practical way to tighten those loose thigh muscles.

Managing my diabetes means I have to be very careful with my leg health to avoid poor circulation. Regular walking and light leg presses help keep the thigh muscles active and the skin firmer. Always consult your doctor before starting heavy leg routines.

Weighted squats and walking lunges are the only real solutions. Give it time, skin takes months to adjust.

I panicked so much when my thighs looked saggy after losing 12 kgs, thinking I ruined my body. But my trainer told me it is completely normal and the skin takes time to shrink back. Keep exercising and it will improve.

Be proud of the heavy burden your body has shed. Do not look at your thighs with negativity; instead, feed your body good food and stay active with peaceful walks. The physical form will slowly find its balance.

No need to spend money on expensive fat-freezing treatments or toning gels. Simply walking up the stairs instead of using the lift and doing free squats at home costs zero rupees and works wonders for thigh flab.

I was researching this and read that skin elasticity depends a lot on age and how fast you lost the weight. Building the quadriceps and hamstrings through targeted strength training seems to be the most recommended solution online.
