How to get rid of flabby arms after weight loss?

I've lost a good amount of weight recently, which I'm happy about, but now my arms look quite loose and flabby. It makes me self-conscious when wearing sleeveless tops. What can I do to make them firmer?

Honestly, between my baby's sleep schedule and chores, I have no energy. My arms are so jiggly after losing weight, but I just wave them around like a bird and laugh. Supposedly, pushups help, if you ever find the sleep to do them!

My daughter lost a lot of weight for her wedding and faced this same arm issue. I encouraged her to do simple wall pushups and bicep curls at home daily. It takes patience, but the skin eventually tightens up with muscle growth.

To tone flabby arms, you need to build the underlying triceps and biceps. Track your daily protein intake on an app and aim for progressive resistance training like dips and overhead extensions three times a week.

At 50, gravity is working twice as hard on my loose skin. I lost 15 kgs and now my arms look like bat wings. I started lifting small 5kg dumbbells while watching TV; it slowly helps, but don't expect miracles overnight!

Because of my thyroid, my weight fluctuations are crazy and my skin loses elasticity easily. Make sure to get your thyroid levels checked regularly, because hormonal imbalances can make skin sagging worse and slow down muscle recovery.

Look, simple weight loss only burns fat, it won't magically tone you. You have to lift weights. Start doing light dumbbell exercises at home, eat decent protein, and give it a few months. Hard work is the only way.

Make sure you aren't losing weight too rapidly by starving yourself, as that destroys muscle mass and leaves skin very loose. I made that mistake and ruined my health. Please consult a nutritionist to lose weight the right way.
