How to get past plateau in weight loss?

Started my weight loss journey six months back and saw great results. Now, for the last month or so, it feels like I'm doing everything right but my weight isn't changing. Is this a common thing?

I faced a plateau for three months last year. What worked was changing my workout from just cardio to strength training twice a week and slightly increasing my daily steps.

Haan na, weight stuck ho jata hai toh badal gussa aata hai. I just started drinking more water and went for evening walks, and slowly the scale started moving again.

Do not worry, child. Your body is just resting before the next stage of your health journey. Keep your mind peaceful and continue your good habits with love.

I got so stressed when my weight didn't change for a month, I thought my metabolism was broken. But my trainer told me it is extremely normal, and eventually, the weight dropped again naturally.

Calculate your TDEE again because as you lose weight, your calorie needs decrease. Adjust your portion sizes and add some weight training to build muscle.

Be realistic and check if you are slipping on your diet during weekends. I started meal prepping on Sundays to avoid ordering junk food when I am busy with work.
