To gain muscle after weight loss, you need a structured plan. It's vital to consult with a doctor or a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. They can guide you on the right kind of strength training and a protein-rich diet that's suitable for your body and health status.

Muscle gain? I'm just trying to gain enough energy to get out of bed after 'weight loss' from stress and lack of sleep! But yeah, from what I hear, lifting heavy things and eating lots of protein seems to be the mantra. Good luck, wish I had your energy!

Gaining muscle after weight loss requires a careful balance, especially if you have conditions like high BP. Focus on resistance training with moderate weights, and ensure your diet has sufficient protein without excess sodium. Regular checkups with your doctor are crucial to monitor your progress safely.

I went through this! The trick is to shift from a calorie deficit to a slight surplus, but ensure that surplus comes from good protein and complex carbs. Focus on compound exercises like squats and deadlifts, and lift heavy enough to challenge your muscles. Consistency is more important than intensity initially.

After weight loss, it's natural to want to build strength. Don't rush it, beta. Start with light resistance training, and slowly increase. Make sure you are eating enough daal, paneer, and eggs. Consistency over time will show results. Just be patient with your body.

That's a great goal! I've been researching this too. It seems like a combination of consistent strength training and a higher protein intake is key. But you also need enough calories to support muscle growth, right? It's a fine balance after losing weight.

For vegetarians looking to gain muscle after weight loss, focus on protein-rich foods like paneer, tofu, lentils, chickpeas, and quinoa. Combine these with compound exercises. Make sure you're getting enough calories, but from healthy, whole foods, not just empty ones.

Gaining muscle after weight loss is like a second innings! My body is still figuring out if it wants to be muscular or just lazy. But seriously, lift some weights, eat your proteins (and then some), and don't expect overnight miracles. My muscles take their sweet time to appear.

Haan ji, muscle building after weight loss is possible! You need to focus on lifting weights, na, not just cardio. Aur make sure you're eating enough protein - chicken, paneer, daal, eggs. Thoda surplus calories bhi chahiye. Take it slow, don't rush!

After weight loss, it's good to focus on building strength. My family always said to eat good, wholesome food, especially protein like lentils and eggs. But for proper muscle gain, it's best to talk to a doctor or a fitness expert, they can give you a personalized plan.

Simple. Progressive overload in the gym and sufficient protein intake. Aim for 1.6-2.2g of protein per kg of body weight. Don't be afraid to eat a little more to fuel muscle growth. Consistency over everything.

My son is also working on building muscle after losing weight. We made sure he eats plenty of protein-rich meals, like chicken, eggs, and paneer. And he goes to the gym 3-4 times a week. It takes time, but with proper food and exercise, it's definitely achievable.

Be careful with all the 'quick gain muscle' advice online after weight loss. A lot of it is misleading or even unhealthy. Your body needs proper nutrition and safe training. Always verify any advice with a doctor or a professional, don't just blindly follow internet fads.

Great goal! After weight loss, your body is primed. Focus on progressive overload in your strength training – keep challenging your muscles. Ensure a high-protein diet (around 1.6-2g per kg body weight) and enough calories. Don't forget proper rest for recovery, that's where muscles actually grow!
