How to fix hair fall women?

My friend and I both have excessive hair fall, and we're both women in our late 20s. We've tried some home remedies but nothing seems to work. Are there specific solutions for women facing hair fall?

Totally agree with getting it checked by a doctor. Hormonal imbalances are often a big reason for hair fall in women.

As a woman, I've noticed my hair fall fluctuates with stress and diet. I make sure to eat balanced meals, especially enough protein, and try to manage stress. If it gets too much, I always consult my gynecologist or a dermatologist, not just try random things.

For women's hair fall, it's often more complex due to hormones. Staying active and eating a nutrient-rich diet helps overall, but if it's severe, get a full hormonal panel done. Also, ensure you're getting enough protein and iron. A dermatologist can offer a lot of targeted solutions.

It's so distressing when you see your hair falling, especially for women, it affects confidence so much. I completely understand. Please don't let it stress you out further. The best thing is to see a dermatologist or even your gynaecologist, as it could be linked to thyroid or other hormonal issues.

I totally relate! Post-college, my hair fall increased a lot. What worked for me was getting a full blood test, which showed some deficiencies. Started supplements, changed my diet a bit, and used a mild shampoo. It takes time, but it gets better. Definitely see a good dermatologist.

Women's hair fall often has internal roots, more than just external care. Check your iron levels, vitamin D, and thyroid. Make sure your diet is rich in protein and healthy fats. Also, managing stress through exercise or yoga can really help. A specialist opinion is important for targeted action.
