Dude, it's pretty simple maths. Take your starting weight, then your current weight. Subtract current from starting, divide that by starting weight, and multiply by 100. That's your percentage. I used this to track my gym progress, works well.

Don't get fooled by those flashy ads promising quick weight loss. To calculate percentage, it's just basic arithmetic. But for actual safe and sustainable weight loss, please consult a dietician or a doctor. Random internet 'tips' can mess up your health.

It's (Starting Weight - Current Weight) / Starting Weight * 100. This calculation is good for tracking progress. But remember, focus on healthy eating and portion control, not just the number. I find a balanced vegetarian diet and regular walks help most.

Bhai, calculator uthao aur formula laga do. Jo pehle weight tha minus abhi ka weight, usko divide karo pehle wale weight se, aur phir 100 se multiply. Simple. Zyada complex mat socho. Regular exercise aur ghar ka khana, bas.

Just track your initial weight and current weight. The math is simple, like others said. Don't obsess over the percentage too much though. Consistency with diet and some form of exercise, even short bursts, is more important for long-term results. Time is precious, so make your efforts efficient.

Namaste! To calculate weight loss percentage, use the formula (Initial Weight - Current Weight) ÷ Initial Weight × 100. It's a good way to see your progress. Remember to combine this with mindful eating and some light yoga or walking for overall well-being. Slow and steady is key.
