How to do reiki for weight loss?

Someone in my spiritual group mentioned Reiki for general well-being. I've been trying to lose some weight for a while now without much success. Can Reiki actually help with weight loss, and if so, how does one practice it for that specific goal?

Reiki works by balancing your energy centers, particularly the solar plexus chakra, which can help reduce stress and emotional eating. Approach it as a way to heal your relationship with your body and mind. Stay positive, and let the energy flow naturally.

I haven't tried Reiki, but if it can somehow stop my midnight craving for butter chicken, I am totally down for it! Honestly, balancing your mind might help control those sudden food urges.

I tried a Reiki session online for my anxiety and weight, but I kept wondering if I was doing it right or if it was just my imagination. Has anyone else felt a bit skeptical or anxious during their first few sessions?

Reiki is amazing for deep relaxation! It really helps calm the mind, which makes you eat more mindfully. Definitely give it a try alongside your regular walks.

Yes, Reiki can definitely help in reducing stress, which is often a major cause of weight gain. It works well as a supportive therapy.

It is a very peaceful practice that helps you connect with yourself. Just lie down comfortably, focus on your breathing, and let it bring harmony to your body.

While Reiki is great for mental peace, remember that it cannot replace a healthy calorie-deficit diet. You still need to focus on eating clean, high-fiber vegetarian meals and drinking enough water to lose weight healthily.
