How to build muscle after weight loss?

I've lost a significant amount of weight recently, but now I want to focus on building muscle. What's the best approach to build muscle effectively after weight loss without regaining fat? Should I change my diet or workout routine?

Yaar, after weight loss, building muscle is the next big step. Actually, you need to focus on proper protein intake and strength training. Don't go crazy with cardio, mix it up. And be patient, it takes time, no quick fixes!

Congratulations on your weight loss! Now, to build muscle, you need to lift weights consistently. Start with bodyweight exercises and gradually add resistance. Ensure you're eating enough protein, about 1.6-2.2 grams per kg of body weight, and getting enough rest. Consistency is key.

I also lost a lot of weight and then was confused about how to get toned. I thought I'd get bulky but it's not like that. Just lift moderate weights, get enough protein, and you'll see a good change. Don't worry, it's a great journey!

Haan na, after weight loss, muscles need a bit of push. Eat good protein, like dal, paneer, eggs if you eat non-veg. And start with some simple strength exercises. Don't lift too heavy initially, just focus on form. It will happen gradually.

Dude, awesome job on the weight loss! Now, for muscles, don't stress too much, just keep it consistent. Hit the gym 3-4 times a week, focus on compound movements, and make sure you're getting enough sleep. Protein shakes help, but whole foods are better. You'll get there!
