How to break weight loss stall?

I was losing weight steadily but for the past month, the scale hasn't budged at all. I'm feeling demotivated. How do you break a weight loss stall when you're doing everything right?

Ho na, a weight loss stall is so frustrating. Sometimes just changing your workout routine or adding more fiber to your diet helps. Even drinking more water, haan na. Don't give up, small changes can make a difference.

When I hit a plateau, I usually check my calorie intake again and sometimes incorporate a 'refeed day' or a slight carb cycle. Also, try to switch up your workout intensity or type – maybe add some HIIT or heavy lifting if you're not doing it already. Your body might have just adapted to the current routine.

It's so disheartening when you put in all the effort and the scale just doesn't budge. I've been there, and it really affects your morale. Please don't let it get to you too much. It's a phase, and you can break through it. Maybe try focusing on non-scale victories like energy levels or how clothes fit, for a while.

A stall usually means your body has adapted to your current routine. Try a 'deload' week from intense exercise, or introduce a new form of movement like swimming or cycling. Re-check your portion sizes, as sometimes we unconsciously eat a little more. And hydration is super important!

The best way is to consult a good dietician or even your GP. They can look at your current diet and exercise and tell you exactly what's missing or what needs changing. Don't be shy to ask them clearly why you're stalled, they often have specific medical reasons in mind.

For me, tracking everything precisely for a week helps me see where I'm going wrong. Often it's hidden calories or less activity than I thought. If you're pressed for time like me, even small changes like taking stairs or a 15-min walk after lunch can make a difference. Consistency is key, even during a stall.

Ah, the dreaded weight loss stall! My metabolism has decided to retire early, I swear. Sometimes I just take a small break for a week, eat a little more mindfully, and then get back to it. Or I try a new exercise, anything to shock the system. It's a never-ending battle, isn't it?
