How to break a weight loss plateau?

I've been trying to lose weight and was doing well, but now I've hit a wall for the last three weeks. The numbers on the scale aren't moving at all. How can I break this weight loss plateau and get back on track?

Weight loss plateaus can be frustrating. My family always says to be patient, but my nutritionist told me sometimes a small change in exercise or diet, like adding a new vegetable, can help. But for any drastic changes, especially if it affects your energy, please consult a dietician or doctor.

Oh, the plateau! I totally panicked when my weight loss stopped. But my trainer told me it's quite normal. Sometimes your body just needs a 'break' or a 'shock'. He suggested changing my workout routine completely for a week, and suddenly the scale moved again. Don't worry too much, it happens!

As someone managing diabetes, plateaus are a regular challenge. I often find I need to review my calorie intake and food choices more strictly, especially hidden sugars. Sometimes changing up my exercise routine, like adding more strength training, helps. But always consult a doctor or nutritionist before making significant changes, especially for health conditions.

Yeah, weight loss plateau is annoying. I usually switch up my workout, like if I was doing cardio, I'll add more weights. Or sometimes just having a 'refeed' day where I eat a bit more than usual helps trick my body. But don't do it too often, just once in a while.

Haan, weight loss plateaus are irritating na? Sometimes just changing your exercise routine helps. Like, if you only do cardio, try adding some strength training. Aur haan, water intake bhi badhao. Small changes can make a big difference.
