How to avoid wrinkled stomach after pregnancy?

I delivered my baby 6 months ago, and I'm so happy but my stomach looks so wrinkled and loose now. I want to wear my old sarees and clothes again. What can I do to make my stomach firm and less wrinkled after pregnancy?

Please don't fall for any online remedies or creams promising miracles for stretched skin after pregnancy. Most of them are fake. The best you can do is maintain good hydration, a balanced diet, and some exercises AFTER your doctor gives the go-ahead. For anything beyond that, consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon, not Instagram influencers.

Hah, avoid wrinkled stomach after pregnancy? Beta, after one kid, I just accepted it as a medal of honor! Jokes apart, it's mostly genetics and skin elasticity. Keep yourself hydrated and maybe some mild exercise after clearance from your doctor. Don't stress too much, it's part of the journey.

Post-pregnancy skin changes are very common! Keeping your skin well-moisturized during and after pregnancy can help with elasticity. Gentle exercise, once cleared by your ob-gyn, like walking or yoga, helps tone muscles. Remember, a lot depends on individual skin type and genetics, so don't be too hard on yourself.

Hi, I'm expecting my first baby soon, and this is a big worry for me. Will using lots of coconut oil during pregnancy help, or is it too late then? And does dieting after delivery make it worse?

Hey, it's a natural process, yaar. Your body just did an amazing job creating life! Don't stress too much about the wrinkles. Focus on being healthy and happy for yourself and your baby. Gentle exercises after doctor's approval and keeping your skin hydrated are good, but accept your body's journey. You're beautiful!
