How to avoid pregnancy nose?

I'm pregnant and have noticed my nose looks a bit bigger or swollen, which my friends joked about as 'pregnancy nose'. Is this a real thing, and more importantly, is there anything I can do to avoid it or make it less noticeable?

While I haven't personally experienced pregnancy, I've heard 'pregnancy nose' is a common, though sometimes unsettling, symptom. It's often linked to hormonal changes and fluid retention, which are integral parts of pregnancy. I don't think there's a way to entirely 'avoid' it, but focusing on staying hydrated and reducing sodium might help with general swelling. Your doctor would be the best person to ask though.

Oh, 'pregnancy nose'! I totally panicked about this during my first trimester when my nose seemed to get puffier. But honestly, for most people, it's just a temporary thing due to increased blood flow and fluid retention. You can't 'avoid' it really, but it goes back to normal after delivery. Don't stress too much!

Beti, when you're pregnant, your body changes in many ways, and some swelling, even in the nose, is quite natural due to hormones. Don't worry, it's temporary. After the baby arrives, everything returns to normal. Just focus on eating well and resting, that's more important.

Hey, don't worry about 'pregnancy nose.' It's a common side effect for many women due to hormonal changes and increased blood flow. It's not something you can really prevent, and it usually resolves on its own after delivery. Just stay hydrated and focus on the health of you and the baby. You're doing great.

Pregnancy nose? Is that the new thing to worry about? Between the nausea, fatigue, and swollen feet, I'm pretty sure my nose was the least of my concerns! Honestly, I think it's just another one of those temporary pregnancy quirks. Just embrace the glow (and the temporary nose), it'll go back to normal when you're done being a human incubator!
