How often to do cardio for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and started going to the gym. My trainer told me to do cardio, but I'm confused about the frequency. How often should I do cardio for effective weight loss? Is daily necessary or can I do it less?

For effective weight loss, I've found that consistency is key with cardio. Aim for at least 3-5 times a week, 30-45 minutes each session. Mix it up - some steady state, some HIIT. But remember, diet is like 70% of the game. You can't out-exercise a bad diet, boss!

My fitness coach and doctor both recommended 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio per week for significant weight loss. This translates to roughly 30-60 minutes, 5 days a week. They also emphasized that consistency is more important than extreme, sporadic workouts. Always combine with strength training and a balanced diet!

Oh, I always overthink about my workout routine! Is it enough? Too much? For cardio, I try to do at least 3-4 times a week for 30 mins. But honestly, even a brisk walk counts! Just find something you enjoy so you stick with it. Don't let it stress you out too much, consistency over perfection!

For sustainable weight loss, consistency in cardio is more important than extreme frequency. I suggest 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Mix up your activities like running, cycling, or brisk walking to keep it interesting. And remember, what you eat matters even more!

Generally for weight loss, aiming for 30-60 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio most days of the week (like 5-6 times) is a good target. But if you're just starting, even 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week is a great start. Listen to your body and don't push too hard too fast to avoid injury. And don't forget diet is key!

Cardio for weight loss? My body says 'Netflix and chill', but my brain says 'hit the treadmill'! Haha. Seriously though, aim for at least 3-4 times a week, maybe 30-40 minutes. But don't kill yourself, just enjoy the process. And remember, you can't outrun a pizza!

Cardio is excellent for overall health, especially for heart and blood pressure, which helps indirectly with weight. I aim for at least 45 minutes of brisk walking or light jogging 5 times a week. But for weight loss, it has to be combined with a disciplined diet. Always check with your doctor before starting any intense new routine, especially if you have BP issues.
