How often should you do cupping for weight loss?

I saw some videos online about cupping therapy for weight loss and it looked interesting. I'm trying to lose some stubborn belly fat. How often would I need to do cupping for it to actually be effective for weight loss?

Initially, I was very apprehensive about cupping marks, but my friend who tried it for muscle pain said it really helped. For weight loss, though, I'm not sure how effective it is. Best to check with a certified therapist who specializes in it, don't just blindly try it.

If you're considering cupping for weight loss, please discuss it with your general physician first, or a certified expert at a proper clinic. Don't just go to any local place. They can explain the science and frequency, if at all it's recommended for your case.

My son's friend tried cupping for some back pain, but for weight loss, it sounds a bit different. I'd be careful, especially if it's for something like weight. Make sure you find a really good, reputable place and talk to them properly about your goals and if it's even suitable.

Cupping for weight loss? Hmm, sounds like a lot of effort when I could just try to resist that extra gulab jamun, haha! But seriously, I've heard cupping is good for pain. For weight, maybe focus on balancing those yummy cravings with some walks?

Beta, when it comes to weight loss, consistency in diet and exercise is key. Cupping is more for certain pains and muscular issues, not a direct weight loss method from what I understand. Be cautious and always seek advice from a doctor or a recognized Ayurvedic/Unani practitioner.

As someone managing thyroid, I know weight loss can be tricky. Cupping usually isn't the first thing doctors recommend for it. My advice is to get a full check-up to understand the root cause of weight issues, and then follow a plan your doctor suggests. Regular follow-ups are crucial.
