How often should i run for weight loss?

I've started running to lose weight, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it enough or too much. My knees are already feeling a bit off sometimes. What's a good frequency for running to effectively lose weight without injury?

Running is fantastic for weight loss! For best results and to avoid burnout or injury, aiming for 3-5 times a week is a good goal. Make sure to include some rest days and cross-training. Start slow if you're new to it, and gradually increase your duration and intensity. Consistency is much more important than pushing yourself too hard initially.

Yo, running is great! I try to hit the park 4-5 times a week, usually for like 30-40 mins. It really helps me manage my weight, especially with all the junk food cravings, haha. Don't overdo it initially though, you don't want to get injured. Just be consistent, that's key.

Fitting in exercise is tough with a demanding work schedule. For weight loss through running, aim for at least 3-4 times a week, maybe 30-45 minutes each session. If you can't run, even brisk walking counts. The key is making it a non-negotiable part of your routine. Weekends can be for longer runs, weekdays for shorter, intense ones. Consistency over intensity initially.

Bro, I started running last year for weight loss. I do it 4 times a week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Each time for 45 mins. It's been working for me, lost like 8 kgs in 3 months. Just make sure you warm up properly and cool down. Don't go too fast too soon, you'll burn out.

Just as consistent breathwork strengthens the body, consistent running can support weight loss. For healthy weight management, a rhythm of 3-4 days a week, for about 30-45 minutes, can be beneficial. Listen to your body's signals; sometimes gentle walking or a day of rest is more nourishing. Begin slowly, focus on your breathing, and gradually build endurance.

Running is good, but for weight loss, the 'how often' can vary a lot for each person. Don't just follow a random plan you find online; it might not be suitable for your body type, fitness level, or any underlying health conditions. Seriously, consult a doctor or a certified fitness trainer before starting any new intensive routine. They can give you a safe, personalized plan.
