How much weight loss is normal in a week?

I've started exercising and watching my diet seriously now. What's a normal amount of weight to lose in a week if I'm doing things right? Just want to set realistic expectations.

Honestly, 0.5 kg to 1 kg per week is considered healthy and sustainable. Anything more than that without doctor's supervision might be a bit much and not good for long term health. Focus on consistency over speed.

Hey there! Usually, docs say about 1-2 pounds (roughly 0.5-1 kg) a week is safe. If you're exercising regularly, like walking for an hour daily, and eating right, this kind of steady progress is good. Don't push too hard!

Mere saath toh aise hua tha, around 0.5 kg to 1 kg in a week was normal when I started. If you lose too much fast, it mostly comes back. Slow and steady wins the race, bro.

Generally, 0.5 to 1 kg per week is considered healthy and normal. Don't aim for anything drastic.

Normal matlab, jo sustainable ho aur bimari na de. 500 grams to 1 kg per week is ideal. Ghar ka khana khao, thodi walk karo, paani piyo, bas itna hi kaafi hai. No need for fancy diets.

Hello, it's good that you are thinking about this. Most doctors say that losing about half a kilo to one kilo a week is healthy. Take care and don't stress too much about the numbers.
