How much weight loss fasting?

I've heard a lot about intermittent fasting for weight loss. I'm curious about how much weight loss someone can typically expect if they incorporate fasting into their routine. Is it very effective?

Haan, fasting se toh weight kam hota hai, but kitna woh depend karta hai kitne time ki fasting kar rahe ho na. Initial weight loss usually water weight hota hai. Agar long-term fasting karoge toh thoda fat bhi jayega, but be careful, yaar. It can be risky without proper guidance.

Fasting is a traditional practice, but for weight loss, it should be done with great awareness. Initially, much of the loss is water. For deeper fat loss, it requires guidance. Remember to nourish your spirit and body, and listen to what your inner self truly needs, not just quick fixes.

Initial weight loss during fasting is predominantly water weight and glycogen stores, not fat. You might see a rapid drop of 1-3 kgs in the first few days. Sustained fat loss requires prolonged fasting under supervision or a consistent calorie deficit. It's not a magical shortcut and can be unhealthy if done improperly.

Honestly, I tried intermittent fasting for a while. In the first few days, I saw a drop of 1-2 kgs, but that was mostly water. After that, it slowed down a lot. It's not a miracle cure, and you have to be careful about what you eat when you break your fast. It's better to consult someone before trying any extreme fasting.

Fasting can help with weight loss, but the first few kilos are usually just water! 💧 Real fat loss takes a bit longer. It's super important to stay hydrated and listen to your body. Don't push yourself too hard without guidance! 😊

Fasting can definitely lead to weight loss, but be careful, bhaiya/behan. A lot of the initial loss (first 1-3 kgs) is water weight. True fat loss takes more consistent effort and the right approach to fasting. Don't go for extreme fasts without proper research and maybe even a doctor's nod, okay? It can be hard on the body.
