How much weight gain in pregnancy 20 weeks?

I'm at 20 weeks pregnant now and my bump is definitely showing! I'm trying to eat healthily but want to make sure I'm gaining the right amount. What's the recommended weight gain by 20 weeks?

Around 20 weeks, you're halfway there, bhai! Weight gain usually becomes more consistent in the second trimester. It's normal to have gained a good few kilos by now, but the range is quite broad depending on starting weight. Just ensure bhabhi is eating nutritious food and attending her checkups regularly. Don't stress too much, it's a beautiful journey.

Yaar, 20 weeks matlab almost half-way! Actually, by this point, most women gain somewhere between 5-8 kgs, but it really varies a lot depending on your pre-pregnancy weight. Don't compare too much. Just focus on eating healthy and enjoying the process. My doc always said, every pregnancy is different, so chill.

Haan ji, 20 weeks mein toh thoda weight gain ho hi jaata hai. Second trimester mein baby bhi acche se grow karta hai na. Roughly 5-7 kilos tak normal hota hai, but har body ka alag hisaab hai. Bas apne doctor se poochte raho, that's best.

Beta, 20 weeks tak toh achha khasa wazan badh jaata hai. Yeh toh shuruat hai, aage aur badhega jaise baby bada hoga. Meri beti ka bhi yahi haal tha. Bas healthy khao aur khush raho. Doctor ki salah zaroor lena.

20 weeks? That's when my wife's cravings really kicked into high gear! Like, ice cream at midnight was a regular thing. She gained a solid few kgs by then, which was fine. As long as you're not just eating junk, it's all good, it's for the baby!

By 20 weeks, you're usually past the severe nausea phase, so weight gain tends to stabilize and increase more consistently. While the exact number varies, focusing on nutrient-dense foods and light, doctor-approved exercise can help ensure healthy weight gain. It's about quality calories, not just quantity.
